App isn’t loading

I really enjoy QQ, but since the update it’s not possible to start the application. I also don’t get any error messages. My device is the MacBook Pro (Retina, 15", Mid 2014).

Edit: It was before 6 month now and nothing happend. In that time I also set up my Macbook completely new. QQ isn’t working. So it’s also not a conflict with other applications.
